Hotel Bookings:
Through our partnerships with Virtuoso and several other hotel partner programs, we are able to pass through value-add amenities such as complementary breakfast, resort credits, and welcome amenities. If you know the hotel you wish to book and dates you hope to travel, our services are complementary. If you are in need of hotel research, we are happy to design your custom hotel proposal which includes up to three options that best fit your request. This proposal starts at $250.
Cruise Bookings:
Similar to hotel only bookings, we are happy to book you on a complementary level if you know the cruise, dates, and room category you hope to confirm. If you need assistance with finding your perfect cruise, we will design your custom cruise proposal which will include up to three options. This proposal starts at $250.
Custom Itinerary Design:
We love bringing your travel dreams to life! Our custom itinerary design is carefully curated around your wishes and travel dreams. We thrive on learning about you and your interests, hobbies, aversions, and passions in order to create your perfect program. We leverage our expertise and global partnerships to elevate your experience and ensure a seamless journey. The planning fee to create your custom itinerary starts at $700 for a household traveling for 1 week. Fees may increase for additional travelers, groups, multiple destinations, longer voyages, and extensive services.
Itinerary and Trip Managment Fees:
When we book retail travel products or direct hotel bookings on your behalf, our compensation is paid by the hotel, cruise line, or tour company through a commission that is already built into the price. For our custom itinerary design, we are able to offer our clients a negotiated and unpublished net rate from our partners. The cost of our services is an 18% fee which is paid at the time of deposit. We hope this breakdown provides transparency and trust so you know where your travel investment is being spent.
Air Booking and Management:
Due to the volume of challenges with booking air, we are proud to offer two options to book your flights. These two options offer 24/7 support and will find you the best pricing for the optimal flights.

Budgeting Tips:
As the price of travel has significantly increased over the past few years, we have created a quick guide to assist with budgeting expectations for our clients. Our network of luxury preferred hotels typically ranges from $800-$3,000+ per night. Full custom itinerary planning starts at (in some not all destinations) at $800 per person per day. In certain destinations, the price will start closer to $1,000 per person per day. We do not offer services for Vrbo or AirB&B, but we do offer a wide selection of private villas vetted through our global partners.
